Passed away at age 72 in January of 2005 due to cardiac arrest. It is believed his heart attack was due to inflammation caused by living with chronic disease for most of the last 30 years. Bob lived with chronic pain from osteo and rheumatoid arthritis for many years. He had multiple hip and knee replacements to repair worn out joints. He also had celiac's disease in which a person's intestines do not absorb nutrients due to being allergic to wheat products.
